We are Bobby & Anita Conger. We moved To Grass Valley the first of April we brought our desert tortoise with us. He has been with us for over 30 years and he did what tortoises do and wandered off through the fence. We have had sightings of him and he is distinctive in that he has a pink fiberglass circle on the top of his shell where we had to take him in for surgery. The crows pecked a hole in his shell. We would like a favor if you could and let your listeners know that we are looking for him and to let us know if he has been seen. He was last seen on Wing St.(in the far west area of Crosswind Ave) Recently, some folks on Wing St. fed him and turned him loose again just the other day, so we know that he is still in the area.
